Whether you tend to stay up late at night and get a little hungry before you to go to bed, or you just want to make the right choices when you are snacking between meals during the workday, there are so many delicious, healthy snack options out there!

Here are some healthy snacks that not only taste good, but will also make you feel satisfied and not guilty when eating them:

 

  • peanut butter and apple slices (one of my absolute favorites!)
  • cottage cheese and blueberries
  • raw veggies and hummus
  • greek yogurt and granola
  • fresh fruit – such as pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe and/or grapes
  • handful of walnuts and almonds
  • fresh fruit smoothie with almond milk
  • hard-boiled egg
  • popcorn
  • raw granola bar
