When it comes to fueling our body with energy from snacks and meals, we must pay attention to what we are actually eating. Most packaged and processed foods are not going to be as healthy as real, all-natural foods. Just because an item says “whole grain” on it, it does not necessarily make it healthy or mean that it 100% whole grain and full of protein and fiber.

Our bodies are fragile and miraculous machines, and they should be treasured and treated as such. We only get one body, and it is only temporary.

Eating healthy does NOT mean sacrificing the joy of eating. You can refer to my blog titled “Healthy Snacks” for some great suggestions for tasty snacks that are real and nutritious.
