Little movements throughout the day can help you stay fit.

Imagine, just 10 minutes a day of stretching, gripping and flexing could translate into 5 lbs less of fat gain per year and the difference between flabby and fir muscles!

Here are some simple exercises you can do anywhere while killing time:

  • Walk while you wait
  • Flex while you stand or sit (squats, up and down on your toes, arching your feet while sitting, etc)
  • Enjoy stair-stepping (make a few extra trips up and down the stairs; when given a choice between stairs or elevator choose the stairs)
  • Pack a stretch-band when you travel and do a few band exercises in your hotel room for 5-10 minutes
