I feel very fortunate that I LOVE Broccoli – so much that I actually crave it. In order for my daughter to and husband to eat it, however, it must be covered with cheese.
Whatever you need to do to get yourself to eat Broccoli on a regular basis, do it! Broccoli is one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat:
- It’s the top anticancer vegetable, with tumor-taming phytonutrients.
- Rich source of important vitamins and minerals (folic acid, Vitamins A and C, calcium and carotenoids).
- Contains more fiber and protein than most other vegetables.
