- Making supermarket shopping a lesson in lean living.
- Doing 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity daily.
- Accepting and liking your body type.
- Eliminating toxic or negative thoughts.
- Spending more of the day moving (play time) than sitting (screen time).
- Thinking of both eating and moving as forms of preventative medicine.
- Getting a good night’s sleep each night.
- Enjoying happy, healthy meals with your family at least five days a week.
