  1. Grazing on nutritious food throughout the day.
  2. Starting the day with a brainy breakfast. (feed your brain)
  3. Making supermarket shopping a lesson in lean living.
  4. Doing 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity daily.
  5. Accepting and liking your body type.
  6. Eliminating toxic or negative thoughts.
  7. Spending more of the day moving (play time) than sitting (screen time).
  8. Thinking of both eating and moving as forms of preventative medicine.
  9. Getting a good night’s sleep each night.
  10. Enjoying happy, healthy meals with your family at least five days a week.


Remember: Little steps toward a healthy lifestyle are better than no steps at all!
